About Us

We are happy to introduce ourselves as an NGO, formed by the industrialist and agriculturalist of Tirupur, Coimbatore, Erode districts.

Our Activities Summary

• Tree Plantation & Nurturing – From the year of 2016 to November 2019, we have planted and promoted 3,50,000 Saplings in four zone of Palladam Taluk. In that, we developed 40000 saplings into 9feet height. For important occasions like birthday, wedding day, parent’s memorial days, people come to our place for plant a tree in their name under the scheme of “seed a life”.
• Palmyra Seed Planting – In our Place, in 15 villages, we sowed 4, 00,000 Seeds of Palmyra into the area of dry ponds, lakes, private lands. In fifteen years, we expect Palmyra turns into big economy and pillars of ground water level storage.
• Transplanting old trees - We give people an option to transplant their very old trees to our places. Now we transplanted one number of Bothi tree which old around 12years.
• Monthly Seminars - On every month, we conduct seminars with inviting one field expert, one industrialist and one scientist to educate and gain knowledge about various nature and environment topics. We crossed and ongoing to 50th seminar under the name of “Vanmazhai”.
• School Visits: We inviting every schools from our region for field visit for our Vanaalayam place, to get educate about Nature and Environment through story-telling.
• We promoting tree plantation, rainwater harvesting, solid waste management and organic farming articles through publishing our monthly magazine “Vanam”.

Vanalayam- Temple of Tree

18 acre land donated, on Trichy –Coimbatore main road, in Palladam, there we created,

• Oxygen enriched walking track around 1km radius surrounded with bamboo and native trees.
• Auditorium for Story-telling sessions and programs for School students.
• Planted 1000trees of native species.
• Built 5 lakh litres of rainwater harvesting tanks.
• On future, we planned to build Hi-tech nursery, Organic based food, Story-telling class rooms for educating children about environment education, Wellness and Rejuvenating centre and Pyramid Structured meditation hall.

Financial Resources

Vanmazhai Seminar

We do conduct monthly Seminar called “வான்மழை” கருத்தரங்கம் on the last Friday of every month by inviting eminent personalities, agri scientist, and successful farmers to share knowledge to the local agriculturist. Successfully we crossed 46 chapters of Vanmazhai Seminars, where eminent personalities like Dr.Kumaravel IFS, TNAU Former VC Dr.Ramasamy, TNAU current VC N.kumar, Manuneethi foundation Manikkam Athappa Gounder, Coimbatore West zone IG Mr.K.Periaiah IPS, Bannari Amman group of companies Chairman Dr.S.V.Balasubramaniam had honoured as chief guests.
